    A bit of a "Steve Parkin" type of appointment.

    Ryan started babbling on about working wonders with "limited budgets" and the like.

    He also took a rather cheap shot a Dave Penny. Apparently, you need "intelligent managers" in league one - that's quite something.

    He strikes me as a chairman who would be better off keeping his trap shut.

    Yes it was.
