Season Ticket Info

    sorry if this is a bit of a thicko question but towards the end of last season I got my eldest son a season ticket for this season as he's studying in Sheffield. I used his name & email details and his home address (my address).

    He tells me he hasn't heard anything yet, should he have received an email by now? or do they just send the ticket(s) out or does he have to collect from the box office.

    Emails were being sent out this past week. Got mine telling me my current card has been reloaded and an electronic Q code version. Your lad may be still on the list. I'd expect it to take a few days to get through 11k. If you're concerned, email the box office. Beth will get back to you pretty sharpish - she's good like that!

    My son and I both got emails last week. My card has been updated for the new season. My son has to collect his from the box office after changing his membership back to the basic level. More likely I'll be collecting it. Bloody kids...

    Can anybody tell me why I need to download either Google pay onto my phone to get the season ticket on my phone? I don't use Google pay and its not just a case of downloading the app as it says that I need to contact my bank as well.

    I just downloaded the Google Pay app, then downloaded the Season Tocket onto it. No requirement to contact any bank on mine

    I assume it will be saved as part of your "wallet". I don't use Google pay so will just use my card like previous years.

    Google Pay wont activate until my bank verifies who I am, which is fine and understandable. Tried contacting them but get fed up of going through all the automated messages and then it said I needed to download the banks own digital banking app. I'll stick to using my actual ticket. I thought technology was supposed to make things easier!

    Where do you go to download your season ticket onto Apple Pay? Never used it before and not really sure what to do!

    Edit: I found the email with the link but when I press ‘add’ it just closes and nothing is in my Apple Pay. Can I just use a screenshot of it do you think?

    Not sure about Apple Pay. I clicked on Google Pay in the email and it took me to the app and my season card was there already. Done in ten seconds. So easy and painless. I would have thought Apple Pay would be the same. It doesn't mention screenshots not being allowed or being allowed, so it's not clear.

    Simply tapped the G Pay icon in the email, downloaded G Pay app onto my phone and the digital pass was there, Weirdly my Nectar card was next to it???
