Seating arrangements at Wembley

A thought has just struck me about the way Wembley has been divided between us & Cardiff for the semi. I notice that we've been given the west side & they've got the east side.

Given that Cardiff is west of London & so, logic would dictate, their fans will be approaching from the west, wouldn't it have made more sense for them to have been given the west side seeing as it makes no real difference to us, coming from the north, as most of us will be?

 

Not really

We'll be coming from the direction of the Green Man, which I gather is to the North-West of the stadium.
