    Southend faster, busier, right at it from the off. Physical side, happy to foul, but could have been three up. Our lads look like they've started believing the hype.
    Why didn't the keeper get a red for the pen. Complete mystery. As is our persistence on the long ball - their centre halves are just mopping it up.

    They've done a good job on us, aided by another weak referee and our reluctance to stand up to them.

    Got to hope that it's a game of two halves again. SSW certain to come on surely and Isgrove. Chapman and Hammill experiment not working yet.
