Second half ........ Burnley and Wood

    Barnsley did really well with some flowing football but again lacked in the final third.
    As per usual we had lots of the ball but never looked like scoring.
    Desperately missing proper wingers to force the game and get crosses in.
    We are so narrow !!!
    Hammill would have made a BIG difference.
    And dare I say - we missed Potts.

    Wood comes on for Burnley and things changed - he beats Pinnock with a header and puts Lindsay under pressure which causes a penalty.

    All in all a great effort from Barnsley.
    But I haven’t seen anything yet that convinces me we would be a good Championship side.

    Even though we have good strikers the midfielders and wingers are solid enough in defence but are just not dangerous enough gong forward.

    That would've been hard today given we were playing a premier league side...

    I think most championship sides would have comfortably won that match against Burnley..... Thats not taking anything away from us, we are where we are.

    Lacked in the final 3rd at Luton.

    Almost identical performance today. Lovely football. Poor crosses and shooting.

    Pott's played 89 mins at Luton btw.

    It wasn’t! But we still lost. We shouldn’t be losing to ‘the likes of Burnley’. Shocking.
