Second tier podcast meets Brian Howard

Just listening to this. The majority of it is the stuff you've heard from Brian in interviews over the years (Anfield, PFA team of the year etc).

There's a bit of chat around Jacob Brown's transfer to Stoke (as Brian is his agent). One interesting point he makes is that there was a bit of dressing room upset when Brown left, however that's been sorted now with Woodrow signing a new deal.

I know the owners have made some mistakes in their tenure, but have we finally turned a corner in terms of a mass transfer exodus every window? We're being more competitive in terms of holding onto key players for that bit longer, and building a team around them. Particularly when you compare that to what Brian said about his departure from the club; he wasn't offered a new deal until Sheffield United had made him an offer, despite there being a lot of interest in him prior to that.
