    Fairplay to Ashleigh Exley for reaching the final four final next week. She comes across as very grown up and old fashioned for 17 and has been one of the best all way through. Think she's only been in the boardroom once in the seven weeks.

    I'm fancying Lucy at the moment. Looks quite sensible but also got a bit of personality which will surely help in business. Ashleigh might be a local lass and sensible but she's got no charisma and couldn't sell a midfielder to Keith Hill.
