Seeing as, apparently, we shouldn't expect to get anything from Wolves

Or away to QPR, or at home to Coventry, or away to Birmingham, or at home to Cardiff, or away at Ipswich, or away to Crystal Palace, or at home to Reading (for a few examples), what can we expect at home to Plymouth next Saturday? Are we entitled to expect anything from the Pilgrims? Are we entitled to expect anything away to Burnley on Boxing Day? Can someone point me in the direction of this list that states we're not entitled to expect to gain any points from specific games? I know I'm an old fart in comparison to a lot of the younger element on here, but I'd be ever so grateful if someone could bestow upon me the wealth of knowledge available to others but sadly lacking in myself.

We're not entitled to expect anything from anyone for the rest of the season. So we need to get used to it, and relegation is ok because we're actually ****.

Where the chuff do people come up with these ideas? Aren't we supposed to go and take points of anyone? It's about time we started saying 'nobody can expect anything from Barnsley'.

It's easy.

We "shouldn't expect anything" if:

They are higher than us in the league.
The team are 'off form' and 'due to turn it around', regardless of league position.
They have bigger crowds than us.
They have a centre forward who cost more than £70.
They beat a team that beat a team who are higher than us in the league.
They're lower than us in the league, but have caused a couple of upsets in their history.
They have a more famous manager.
They have more money.
They scored more than two goals the previous week against a team who beat a team who beat a team who beat us.
They were relegated from the Premiership and retained any player who played more than twice the previous season, so is obviously a top level veteran.
They have a nice badge.
The referee turns up.
We turn up.

Apparently, if you wear rose tinted spectacles (whilst pitifully trying to claim you're being a realist), a 2-0 defeat is actually quite a good result.
All those of us who fail to see and acknowledge this don't know anything about football and, quite rightly, are met with the concise answer 'FFS'.
