(Well at least as far as I can see). What about the tactic of leaving THREE players up on the halfway line when they were taking corners? Seemed to work well.

Otherwise I agree with what's been said re Colace, Anderson, Foster and Hassell (always a favourite of mine). Andranik also had a good solid game until he was injured. JCR revelled in his free role. Also thought that Mifsud was exciting. Didn't mind the diving so much as I felt it really wound their players up just at a time when it was needed. The game threatened to kick off big time and I reckon alot of that was deliberately engineered by Moore (colossal tonight) and Anderson. We survived a terribly shakey second half partly through that and the timely introduction of Macken. Well done everyone and thank goodness for the win.

    Good Evening Young Man

I have analysed this evening's game with all my extensive football knowledge, amassed over years playing the game including house matches in which you youself took part.

I have concluded that we were by far the better side and it should have been at least 5-0 to us, even though we only had about 1 shot on target.

Ok so we got a bit tired in the 2nd half but what an excuse for a pub trip! Loved the diving, but champagne moment was Moore's 50 yard first time pass in the first half. Quality!

Summary: They were ****, we were better, we won, 3 points.

I don't know why it isn't done more often. It means the opposition have to leave players back. There are less people crowded in the penalty area so it gives your keeper more of a chance. And for us with Muller, Moore, Foster, Bobby and Anderson in there you would fancy one of them to get to the corner. We were 3 on 3 a few times on the break too. Good positive thinking.

Me and my mate have been crying out for it for weeks, although Muller got a bit eager in the first half and gave away a freekick for handball didnt he.
