Yes,you all must have those kind of heppenings Iremember one early morning looking out of my front window seeing,a bird,tugging at a worm it was really struggling,to get this worm out o the ground suddenly it came clear,and the bird went tumbling over backwards another time, at Whitley bridge i was taking barley to selby, i was first in the silo as i opened the door,of course there were lots of sparrows enjoying a bed and brekky but they all want to get away one sparrow went the wrong way and head first into a window and lay there with its feet pointing sky wards out like a light as i loaded my wagon i watched this bird recover stand up shake it self and off it flew one morning i visited a friend we were sat chatting in his shed i had my back to the door when he said shush a minute BOB, and he said, she is not here you will have to go to the house looking at the door was a thrush it turned and went away i then watched where it went and sure enough it was stoo at the back door and his wife came out and fed the bird another time,when i was deliver turkey food in Norfolk i was watching the turkeys in their pen i saw on Bird badly in jured in its eye and,as each turkey came near,it attcked the birds eye and now how about this one you will have to work it out your self i was ,taking red shale from Sharlston pit to wakefield power station i used to go thro a shoet cut it was about 8 0 am ish i went down this short cut towards ,the power station i could see a bread van parked down the lane i had to go slow toget by it i couuld see some movment in the passenger seat it was the driver and his partner as i went by they looked comfortable,doing what they were busy doing and even waved to me as i went closley by she looked happy and so did he work it out
