I have no sympathy for any team in financial trouble any more. It is pretty obvious that below the Premiership clubs are going to be spending 'From Here To Eternity' bleating about having no money. So just when ARE clubs going to get it sorted and stop moaning? I do have sympathy for Rotherham but the problem is my inbox is getting full of pleading fans oooh every couple of months i'd say, doing desperate appeals for cash. There is no point helping out owners of, shall we say, dubious standing get out of jail free. I would definitely include Barnsley FC in that by the way. If they are that truly incompetent in terms of running the club then they deserve everything they get. What was the last high profile club to go bust anyway? Leeds United are still going. Wimbledon was the last proper one but that was more political than cash-strapped. Owners ought to be doing much more to sort clubs out. Barnsley are very lucky at the moment, others aren't, but that's no reason to bail owners out. Bet you, by some miraculous miracle, that Rotherham survive. Then, after that, other clubs complain about no cash and surprise surprise they will all survive as well. It is all a massive con and there is not one club i would contribute money to assist. Not ours and not other clubs either.
They're awful aren't they?
Whilst i don't want to wish that any Club goes out of business, you can't help thinking "If only it was.........instead of Rotherham
