Selling a house without using an estate agent

No, but i would imagine it would remove most of the stress

 

Only do it if you've got a buyer lined up already, or you will struggle to advertise it properly without an agent. Stopped been soft, and come to us!!!!

 

there are quite a few good websites coming up at the , one being advertised a lot on bill boards but i forget its name - is that where you are thinking of advertising it?

 

there's one called houseweb that £47. Compare that with £5k to an estate agent and it's got to worth a crack.

5 grand??? Do you this in a palace!!!!!!!!!!! Most Estate Agents charge either 1% or the better ones tend to charge 1.25% of the final sale price. So it'll only be 5 grand if you sell for 500k.
