Best Defender in the world??? Seems to have taken to being a centre half very well. He was always great as a rampaging right back but as a centre back seems to have it all. Has fantastic pace, comfortable on the ball, great distribution, good in the air and also quite skillful. I know sometimes his tackling lets him down as he does have a tendancy to dive in but I'll forgive him that. I thought the Spanish may struggle at the back when I heard Puyol would his the Euro's but just 1 goal conceded in 5 games says it all!
