Blocked off this morning at 7.30am when l went to work, police car blocking the road at Prince pub and another at Dino's takeaway. The alco's won't be happy not being able to get into the Butchers and Wethers for their liquid breakfasts.
What they need to do in Wombwell is just put doors either end of the high street, block station road and hough lane off, put a roof on and just make it one big boozer. Drove through on Saturday tea time, f.cking hell fire, it was like a Bank Holiday Monday anywhere else.
I drove past on Sunday and there was a scruffy tramp laid on the side of the road drinking a can of special brew. Very classy.
