Setting aside the sacking of Danny Wilson for a moment, can anyone tell me what the club's strategy is?

i mean like Southampton for example, with a clear structure of staff & roles, all teams from under 8s to first team playing the same formation and tactics etc. if manager moves on, same strategy remains under the director of football, club is not destabilised and no need to start from scratch again

i can't recall ever seeing anything set out by our hierarchy?

Consequently has Danny been left to make it up as he goes along, due to lack of structure and leadership from above, and failed because of it?

Obviously the results and performances have been poor, but I haven't seen any signs of "working towards a plan" apart from filling the team with young players. To me, that's not a strategy.

Maybe there is some master plan, and DW didnt or couldn't make it work. Or maybe there is no plan?

i would be genuinely interested if anyone could shed any light on this.

The offical club strategy is to blow a significant chunk of the budget paying off ex-management staff every year.
