What with the Tevez affair and West Ham cheating and lieing their way to premiership survival for £3million (£5 mill fine but £2mill "sale" to the agent!) and now Leeeds survival despite no CVA then I'm deffo not happy with what's happening. Got to have rules to make things fair and if the authorities are going to make themselves laughing stocks by ignoring their own rules then what is the point? This is part of the reason I've not renewed my season ticket (along with the amateurish and dismissive way those at Oakwell choose to treat their supporters). I'm generally full of optimism for a new season but it all seems to have drained away and I'm just not that bothered any more. (RIP)

I'm telling thi! Tha'll miss it.
I know I would. Can't wait till next Saturday. I don't do friendlies, players going through the motions making sure not to get injured.
Should be working next Saturday but I've swapped a shift.
Can't be missing the start of a new season!

Been to two friendlies and will only miss opener cos of hols (happens every year!). Will go to more away games this season. Seems like best way to support the lads and still make a bit of a protest (cue abuse!!!!)

    No abuse from me pal.

Used to love going to away matches. Haven't been to one in years. Last one was when we played Rotherham around New Years time when there was still snow on the pitch. Reminded me of watching Match Of The Day in the late 70's early 80's (when I was a schoolkid) when they always played on a snow covered pitch (with the t'old orange ball!)
You know, people get married (not me!), have kids (not me!) you lose touch with folk. Would love to start going away again!

Steve Chettle - Didn't mind him

Made his debut on my birthday and I had a fiver on him for the first goal at 33/1, scooped it big time
