Nobody in their right minds wants us to go down. Sadly that's where we're heading though unless we change the manager. The meltdown or whatever you call it is probably due to supporters showing large amounts of frustration.
On what basis are you laying our impending doom entirely at the feet of our current manager? And on what basis can you guarantee that if we simply "change the manager" (you haven't outlined for whom) then we won't go down?
I want rid of the lot of em . Looks like that's not gunna happen so they should at least get rid of Johnson. Stated before on here Stuart Gray would be my choice. We WILL go down with this numpty in charge. End of Fred
And your problem that you bought a season ticket. Stopped doing that after the Hill season, when it was clear we were selling anyone with an ounce of talent. And you're the one who fell for ******** Ben's promises. Pick and choose games what with work and boredom of this team.
Absolutely hilarious, who do you want to replace Gray? I suppose he has got the experience of getting relegated from this league to finish the job and finally make you happy
Part of the problem it seems is this whole notion of having a head coach. Someone in charge of the playing side. I'd like to think if we do change managers, we bring a manager in, someone who is in charge of the entire operation. Stuart Gray would make a good head coach, not convinced he'd make a good manager. Cryne been on Facebook this morning to 100% state that LJ is solely responsible for identifying players, selecting players and buying players. If this is the case, and I would not want to suggest Patrick tells monstrous lies then it is staggering he is still in a job. My only sympathy with LJ has been that I presumed he was working with players who had been identified for him by others. Apparently this is not the case. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
This facebook lark then with Cryne? Have we done away with the Official channels for communications between the Club and supporters?
Right, so he identified Colace then did he? Because that's not what Ben Mansford and Lee Johnson told us. In fact, everyone knows he didn't, whether they were at that meeting last week or not. We didn't end up signing Colace. Johnson said no. He had the final say. If Colace had impressed and, more importantly, been fit enough to go straight in to the team, he may well have signed him. And then we'd have a player who Johnson didn't identify. I have absolutely no idea about how we have identified every other player currently on our books. Haven't a clue. I only know about one. Hugo Colace. And Lee Johnson didn't identify him. He was on trial at our club with a view to signing and he was not identified by our manager. So how is he solely responsible for that aspect of the recruitment process?
Gets stranger by the minute down at Oakwell, l remember when Hill was on his way out, his daughter was all over twitter saying that if folk knew what her dad was having to working under, the constraints etc they wouldn't be calling for his head. Keef quickly made her take it off her twitter.
The problem with Cryne, Mansford and LJ is that they often contradict each other and Cryne often contradicts himself. Basically, no one has a clue what's goes on behind the scenes or who's running the place. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Most people took Keith's words to be aimed at them. He was aiming them elsewhere. "I was yeah.. I was surprised.. because I was led to believe that I was following the strategy, the remit and that I wouldn't lose my job if that caused us to lose games.. but the Cryne family are lovely people"
Really interesting perspective, one does get the impression he clubs rotten to the core it's a scary thought what would have to be done to really fix the issues long term beyond a manager change
