i have never seen him use it, from what i recall.

i said this last season and thought i would watch him closer this season to see if he used it - and i can honestly say that it aint happened.

surely it cant be that bad??? can it???

he did a few times today but he'd still rather run round in circles to get

out of trouble when hes in there penalty area and end up with us passing back to Colgan because he wont offload with his right foot to a player two feet away.

He used it in the 1st half to pass over the top to Shuker.........

ffs give him a break. He passes better with his left so what?

We play in the 3rd division and hardly any players are capable of passing with their good foot.

At least he was the only player to get the ball down and play. Reid is a hero to most on here but I'd rather have McP on the ball than Reid who wellies it diagonally across the field to their fullback most of the game.

I just think that because he is left footed, you seem to notice him more. A lot of players just use one foot

Yes and it was a collectors item. Cracking ball - in front of the east stand lower. Give me a bit of time and I might even remember which game it was!

No - because hes left footed

obviously if your beter with your left foot you use that foot for passing. Hes a damn good passer with it too.

McPhail was outstanding in the second half today.

He looked as if he really was uP for it and showed inspiration that the team are so sadly lacking.

Could not believe Devaney was 'man o' the match.

Burns and McpHAIL OVERALL WERE THE 2 THAT KEPT THINGS MOVING.

    Agree

    Who voted Devaney?

As one of his biggest fans, even I was confused.

McPhail was inspirational in the second half.

He wanted the ball so badly.

Why is it that the majority of Reds fans cannot see what attributes he brings to the team.

He stood out today in the second half.

For a start, he gets the ball and never once tries to pass without knowing where his man is.

Sometmes he looks up to spot his man, but for the majority of the time he just knows.

    Hayes has that same gift.

    He knows everytime.

Trouble is, others are not on his wavelength and no I am not going to slag off the players who aren't.

Hayes and McP_hail - their experience and commitmnent shone today.

    YoooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooReds!

i thought Mcpahil played well today, hes a quality player but of course the old men in the east stand dont like him because hes one of the highest earners at the club. They dont like Hayes either becasue he cost 150k so should score atleast 3 a game and work his bollax off. Their sad.
