    What's gonna happen with the England international and FA Cup games then?

    We know that they lost EPL and SPL but no mention of these.

    Ring your bank or if u use internet banking cancel your standing order from there. Same thing.

    If you cancel your SO/DD at the bank they will take the subs from your credit/debit card (whatever they have on file) as a purchase every month. Got to cancel with them. Happened to me. My payment went up to the full amount too (I was paying a discount on DD).

    You can cancel by emailing requests@setanta.com (or you could, thats how I did it).

    My dad cancelled his Setanta that way and yes they did try to charge him, but he has no intention of rejoining them so has no intention of paying them either. How can they continue to charge u tho once your S/O is cancelled?

    Just had Racing UK on and the Managing Director of the channel says the channel will keep running as free to view station now Setanta is no longer around (Y) (Y) (Y)

    Setanta stops accepting GB payments
    Tuesday, June 23 2009, 16:17 BST

    Setanta is to cease accepting any form of payment - direct debit or card-based - from subscribers living in Great Britain with immediate effect.

    Administrators Deloitte, who were appointed at 2:30pm today, confirmed that the shut down of Setanta's British broadcast operations would begin with the immediate cessation of acceptance of payments from new or existing subscribers.

    Neville Kahn of Deloitte said that Setanta will "shortly cease broadcasting to its customers in Great Britain" who should visit Setanta's website because "no further monthly subscriptions or direct debits will be accepted from customers of the UK business".
