If the Don at Kilnhurst is about to go then they have my sympathy.</p> It is fast flowing and raging at the best of times, but well below road level. If it's reached street level they are in for a bad night.</p> More locally, one of the most scary sights I have ever seen was the Dearne at Dearne Hall Road Barugh today, around the Millers Inn. River up over road level, engulfing trees and spilling onto carpark and into road. Millers was marooned and the river looked positively menacing.</p>
