    If Guantanamo bay is run by America and we have nothing at all to do with it. And we keep maintaining that we had nothing to do with his treatment or captivity that happened at the other side of the world then why exactly are we paying compensation? Shouldn't that be paid for by the biggest terrorist organisation in the world, the American government?

    Prime Minister David Cameron has already asked the government's Intelligence and Security Committee to investigate claims of UK complicity in rendition and torture at Guantanamo Bay
    hence the compo- complicity

    Im sure David haines didn't follow an extreme muslim doctrine to the extent he packed his backs and went to live amongst its die hard linked to muslim extremist communities. ..
