This is a shameful day for our country. The bigots have won. I fear for the future as the right wing takes over.
Only in your opinion...no more than that...the majority think otherwise...that of course is the problem with democracy..others may not agree.
It continues to anger me like hell to be defined as a bigot because of having a belief that we can do better than belonging to a failing, undemocratic political project. It continues to anger me like hell to be defined as a bigot because of having a belief that for immigration to be a non issue, people have to believe that we have control over the numbers involved and the way in which the numbers affect the country in both a positive and negative way, and that if we don't like the governments policy of setting the bar, we can elect a different government. That does not make me a bigot, but to accuse me of being one lowers your debate to playground level. We are where we are, it was the democratic will of the people, and we now have to move on and make a success of it.
In the brexiteers team photo you can line up with Gove on one side, Farage on the other and Johnson behind you and we can all p,any a game of 'spot the bigot'
Yep me too. It's great to debate on here with opposing views - you learn something/gain a different perspective , but there are times when it's best to log off and not engage. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
the 50+ demographic have spoken. they have ****** up the future beyond recognition, for the people who voted very differently
If that comment is aimed at me e-red...it does not....I have opposed racism for over 40 years....and will continue to do so to the end of my days.
i genuinely don't believe all leave voters are racist. however i do think the racists of this country will have massively voted leave. so either way, i believe they're in the same bed
