    A friend of mine writes:

    He is much better than Cotter.

    Decision making needs to improve, after having created havoc down the wing he often does the wrong thing. That has been getting better with time. If he is played down the left it will be less of a problem since he can just get to the byline and cross; the problem with left footers playing on the right , as they do nowadays, is that once you have cut inside you have to think about what to do next.

    But as I say he has been improving on that front so he is a big big loss for us (and you should be pleased with him, unless he gets injured…)
