This Poll (http://v2.barnsleyfc.org.uk/showthread.php?167210-Shares-in-BFC....) indicates that 78.44% of respondents either would or would consider buying shares in BFC. I do feel that some of the 21.56% NO respondents could be persuaded if the conditions were right. Anyway's, one suggestion of where to spend the money from the initial share subscription income would be for the club to purchase the old juinior school that sits to the rear of the West Stand. Turn it into a pre and post match venue with quality food and good beers with say flats upstairs that we could put loan players up in instead of putting them up at The Holiday Inn. Any thoughts?
Could the meals be done and served like school dinners just in keeping with the building like. Bagsy chocolate pudding and chocolate custard for opening night dessert.
How about some solar panels on the stadium to reduce the day to day running costs of the club and to benefit from the 'feed in' tarriff? Btw, I think Preedy's is meant to be the pre-match venue with quality food and good beers
