    Thats actually bad news for creditors

    The 425K would have gone straight out again as it would be on the balance sheet when negotiating the CVA
    now its not there it cant be shared out.

    Dont think it makes any difference to Leeds - 30Million debt or 29.5Million debt to write off - how to make 425K seem irrelevent
