Come on mate, they really deserve it though. Everyone knows that it was Tevez sent them down single handedly......not that they were **** for the last 8 games or so.....honest.

 

It also gives players like Morgan...

A case to sue for loss of earnings... Awesome...

 

He would'nt do that surely, or not intend to do that, he's not that type of bloke !

But on the flip side it gives us a much stronger case as one of the main issues behind the case is the football authorities not taking appropriate action.........

 

I don't think the court would see it like that. I'm not sure they judge purely on conspiracy, like...

I can't believe the High Court employ trainees these days. That's why the legal system's like it is! It stinks!
