I've been cajoled into taking the missus to Sheffield Arena to watch Eddie Izzard. Can anyone give me some pointers on where to park, placed to avoid etc? I haven't been before
Went on Friday to see Michael McIntyre. Parked in the arena car park but it cost a fiver. Was busy getting in to it but I think we got lucky on the way out, we were one of the first out of the gig and straight out of the car park no fuss. I've got the tram before from meadowhall and that was fairly convenient, but busy.
park in centertainment across the road theres signs in there saying not for arena parking but ive used it everytime i been there 20+ times and never any problems...park behind the cinema and your straight out
I've started going to the pictures in Castlefield because of you. skankers who are too stingy to park in the location they are actually going to. You are preventing people who want to contribute to the businesses who pay for that car park using their services. But that's all right. You're all right jack **** everyone else. Blimey - we'll make a tory of you yet.
Whatever you do... don't park in the Meadowhall Retail Park. They have number plate cameras and issue fines after two hours of parking!
Why don't the cinema charge for car parking? I mean, how come it seems ok to charge concert goers a fiver for parking when they've already paid £30 or more for a ticket?
RE: park in centertainment across the road Fcuks me off when people do that. I go to the pictures and can't get a parking space because tight ******* like you won't pay the fiver to park where you're supposed to.
those private car park fines are legally unenforceable, try pushing them to take you to court over it ...and see who has the last laugh!
RE: Thanks all... nt We are going on sunday, cannot wait. Saw him there last tour 6 years ago, effing hilarious. My fiancee nearly wet herself laughing. Easy to park in the arena car park, can't remember how much but the rumour was £5.00. Hope you enjoy the show.
yeah park down the side of hollywood bowl thats were I have before when i went to masters "straight in and out"
