Just watched the replay of the goals. Sheringham must have been booked for his 'in-your-face' goal celebration in front of Rob Kozluk. I thought Rob showed great composure and Teddy was rightly booked by a discerning referee. Now I wonder if the celebration had anything to do with West Ham versus Sheffield United - both on and off the pitch. Teddy has a reputation for winding up both players and fans - to wit his warm-up routine in his Manchester United days in front of the Arsenal fans, when his stretching exercise turned into the obvious simulation of lifting three trophies. Humour Teddy - should not be misplaced - least of all in front of the referee. In the other hand, he looked a quality player and scored a quality goal.
Its a shame Kozluk didnt show the same composure when it came to defending against their wide player for the goal.
