Looks like Chelsea are signing Shevchenko in the summer (it's on teamtalk and football 365). On the one hand, it will be great to see a player like that in the Premier League, but it makes it less likely that someone will catch Chelsea anytime soon. Ballack will be signing as well by the looks of things. The only hope is that they get a bit like Real Madrid, trying to get all the big names in rather than building a team, and implode on themselves like a supernova. Or Abramovich either pisses off and says, "reyt lads, try paying THAT debt off without me!", or gets jailed and stripped of his assets for being a crook - which he surely must be.
