Can anyone reccomend someone to frame a few of my shirts. If so do you know how much they charge? Cheers.
Try the place in the indoor market next to the escalators, no idea on price but can't see it being overpriced, everything else he does is reasonable.
Hello there !!!! Yes, that's me. I suppose the problem is that I'm out near Lincoln, but I don't want to throw that in as an obstacle.... just yet. Have a look at my website first, www.davidsunderland.co.uk and look at the photos on the gallery page, I think it's called. There you will see a few framed shirts I have done, the type of thing involved, and some of the different frame mouldings I have used. Price is always determined by the complexity of the job, the cost of the moulding, etc, but with all due respect to a market framer, and I don't know who it is or how good he is, if he is going to charge about 20 or 30 quid then believe me, you'll get what you pay for. If you want to pursue this then let me know and we can sort something out.
Liz at Hall of Frame, Elsecar Heritage Centre does all my art work etc and i can highly recommend her. I wouldn't think much over £100, depnding on moulding etc as Mr Badger says.
I got a signed shirt framed at the Cupola Gallery in Sheffield (Hillsborough). Cost me £220 but I did choose the most expensive glass and a top end frame. Might try the Elsecar Heritage Centre next time...
would highly recommend impact framing at Mount Osborne business Park on pontefract Rd. They do an absolutely brilliant job and very reasonably priced Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
They're not top quality but when I've framed shirts up for WSB we get them online. £42 for frame, engraved plaque and a shirt template and insert. They're easy to do. It depends on where you'll be putting it and what your budget is. I wouldn't personally hang them in my front room, but they're good enough to go, say, in a man cave or office.
I can thoroughly recommend her, she has reframed quite a few of my pictures and she charges very reasonable prices ...
I can vouch for Impact Framing, had one done last year and it was superbly done. http://www.impactframingltd.co.uk
