    if this sponsor per game continues i suggest we have a whip round. Tenner each and we can have either…

    1. ‘Signed for Barnsley and all i got was this lousy shirt’

    2. have their name an number replicated on the front

    3. ‘Space for rent’

    4. ‘grove street red’

    How about an eye test on the front.

    We could publicise it as free eye tests for all supporters, players and match officials.

    A series of letters getting smaller the further down the shirt they go.
