IT is Barnsley FC's policy to allow players to keep shirts with commemorative significance.

In the case of the debut shirt of Reuben Noble-Lazarus, the shirt has been put in a frame with a commemorative plaque for presentation to his parents. A shirt replica has also been prepared for presentation to his school.

Fans might also be interested to know that players who leave the club are also able to take their last shirt with them.

Like I said yesterday, it was probably a wind up that didn't get a chance to reach it's conclusion because the press got hold of it. The lad asks for his shirt and players/management have him on that he has to pay for it but then later present it to him. Before they get the chance to present it the press talk to him and he mentions that he had to pay for it, oviously not knowing that it was a wind up.

Sounds plausible to me. I can't believe, and never did believe, that the club would make him pay for the shirt.

Our lass just won't believe anything posted on here ever again...

With the exception of Mr Patrick Cryne though, I still have sympathy with her comments on those that run our beloved BFC.

It seems to be the way at BFC at the moment. Always the clubs fault. Why we can't just get behind the club. It's gonna end up costing us if it doesn't change.

    Redeemed.

I can't imagine how anyone could have thought such a thing about BFC. Liverpool tickets.
