    Or some other punishment?

House in Lundwood already has them up on the walls and in the garden the f.ucking lot.

*It is Lundwood so they probably never took them down.

inciting people to commit an act of yobbish behaviour isn't really a good thing to be put on here is it?

Having Christmas decorations up in November isn't really a good idea is it.

I know of someone who has decorations up and is celebrating Xmas next weekend as one of their children is unlikely to live to see December 25th. They don't live in Lundwood though.

I hate to see Christmas lights up so early.....BUT.....I had never thought of situations like the one you mention, so it puts a different slant on things now.

Xmas seems to start very early for some, including the shops, but it's not a crime worthy of any kind of punishment.

No. But they should be fined for wasting electricity and damaging the planet.

Please put (joke) when posting something funny... it would appear that some people are unable to distinguish humour from yobbish mentality (joke)

Personally, I don't agree with lights and decor up before December, but the media push the whole Xmas thing earlier every year.
Xmas is a religious occasion/celebration that has been slowly turned into an exercise in emptying your wallet.
It didn't exist to me when I was single, but when you have a partner/family it can be a lovely time of the year. And you get paid more at work.

I'm more of a loud tutter than a window smasher myself. There should be a law banning it though except in extenuating circumstances. Wasn't there once a 12 days of Christmas that's echuffingnough surely.

Is that a dig at me kind sir? I for one doesn't think he was joking when he wrote that piece, now what if someone from this board had gone out and committed that act? Its the kind of bad publicity that could harm this boards glowing reputation.
