    No. Wasn't even thinking about him until you've just mentioned it. At which point I thought 'oh **** that looks a bit like...'. But no it wasn't anything to do with that, was more to do with murderers, rapists and the like who use long term illness as a way of avoiding trial.

    In fact PC's illness isn't long term is it? I thought his trial had only been delayed till he gets better.

    should those old nazis that were put on trial well into their 80's have been spared?...no.

    Margaret Moran? I thought she did face trial but SHE didn't actually go to court, they did it in her absence.

    Ernest Saunders avoided a trial because of dementia. He made a full recovery.

    If they can sit in a wheelchair they can stand trial for their evil actions.

    The other directors are due to go to be tried again on April 2. According to this report Mr Cryne goes to trial on October 7th this year
