    If we're not 4-0 up by half-time of our first game, then he's not doing his job. Shepherd out, Cryne out, Ritchie out, and get shut of all the squad. I want a Sean Lewis/Peter Doyle dream-team in the boardroom with Glynn Hodges as manager.

    obvioulsy io think the board should try to keep the squad as good as possible and try to improve over the summer, but if people want to leave, let them go if they don't want to be at barnsley.

    if they're in a red shirt, i'll follow them.

    i can see your point. I wouldnt wish him luck if he leaves thats his outlook and very much his choice, we are not a one man team and our promotion is not just down to one man in midfield as you rightly say did not always show full commitment to the cause. Give me Bobby Hassell anyday!
