Not sure exactly what but it would be good to do something to show the true Barnsley fans and not the mud that has been slung at us on the Social Networks/ Daily Mail tonight. I'm sure there will be more in the morning papers!

No. Billy Sharp has created a problem himself by inciting football fans. Those fans didn't react in the way described so as far as im concerned its his problem not ours.

Maybe if we all posted a reply to the Daily Mail article, for starters? Having said that, I replied over an hour ago saying that they should remove / change the sensationalist headline (which refers to Barnsley fanS in plural form) because if you read the article it mentions ONE lad possibly saying something inappropriate. It's still not on there though.

but we are in sympathy with Billy Sharp.....what's a goal celebration count compared to real life

Did it actually happen though, unless someone can tell me otherwise im presuming some Donny fan has misheard "where your Caravan" and its escalated.

all these damn facebook and twitter posts just the same thing repeated over and over.

When during the match was it supposed to be sung etc

I cant believe the mail has reported on total rumour

Donation of some kind to sands charity - which is for children who died because they were still born or died within a few days of being born -my sister lost a full term baby and they helped her through it. Seems an appropriate charity if this is what you want to do

The supposed chants are vile and sick. If they are not true I dont want to be associated with them.

Any form of collection support etc are like saying this happened.

Re: shurrup and go to bed

    No, we shouldn't do anything.

I didn't sing anything about Sharp's baby, and didn't hear anything (that's not to say it didn't happen, though - but I didn't hear it.)

So I've got absolutely no reason to contribute towards some gesture or other. **** him - he'll be most likely milking this in the press for days on end.
