    Lad is such a tryer, you can't fault his effort. He might not score many but his work rate closing down and pressuring is outstanding. Dom Freiser does loads off the ball, can't understand the negativity about him.

    Cauley ought to be seeking advice on which the most comfy seat on the subs bench is.

    I really rate him - but he’s been dog awful for a long time. Needs a blow.

    We have other options. And the captaincy needs moving on as well.
