just looking on ebuyer - I've got a 4gb ipod which is way too small to carry all my musicand was looking to buy a new one (told the insurance company I dropped my ipod in the sea whileon a boat trip in Greece last week but they were having none of it without a police report....).
This software reckons it can compress files, compatible with itunes, so you can get 4x as much music on your player so instead of forking out for a new player, I thought about trying this first...
anyone heard of it?
TIA

The thing that put me off was the fact that each individual track takes about 30 seconds to compress, I have a big collection of tunes so the time it would take to backup then compress one set seemed excessive.
I reckon it's a good idea for smaller collections or if you don't want to invest in a larger mp3 player.
