get behind them--without going into great detail they come over as keen knowledgable and willing to work as hard as possible to progress this club
they are looking to strengthen the squad in all depts
there is money available-board have never refused to consider a suggested target on the grounds of expense
because of the window we are in an auction with other clubs and agents try to up the ante by going back and forth trying to increase the offer
there have been no firm offers for the first 11
PC & GS don't mind fair criticism-but feel some has recently gone too far-involving family members
if I think of any more I'll post it-also if you feel able to write letters of support to the Chron and phone Radio Sheff to try to counter the negative spin we have generated-the club needs all fans behind it

Exactly, time to get behind the team very important 2 games coming up, need the fans to turn up and get behind em.
question for Paul D Webelieve that Ritchie ,( rightly or wrongly ) was man enough to stand up to the Board in relation to just WHO he wanted in the team. Do you think the new man would do the same
no, becuase he wouldn't have a job would he nt but saying that, we still need to get of the board and daveys back and do all we can to help the team in terms of support
RE: question for Paul D Ritchie didn't stand up to the board re signings.
He wasn't even speaking to them so how could he do that.

he said last night............ that he picks the team and that he chooses which players to bid for-he then goes to the board and says player x will cost £x and wants £y wages-so far he says the board has not rejected any of his choices on financial grounds-the money is there-it is just a matter of persuading players to come-there are lots of extraneous factors-length of contract, location, kids schooling, wives! weresome that I remember
