I think he will be a Premiership Manager in a Few Years, this season has been some of the best Football i have seen at Oakwell (My 1st season was 2002/2003), I hope it is with us.</p> Keep hold of this squad next season (But let the likes of Johnson,Mattis go) and get a couple of decent players in (Johnny Jackson,Kevin Lisbie,Miguel Tinninho) and i honestly think, we could be in the top 10, maybe even the Play Offs. (Providing we don't have Injuries like this season).</p> COME ON YOU REDS. </p>
He does a fantastic job on a very small budget. We have seen some great football at Oakwell this season. He has had plenty of ***** to deal with behind the scenes with players thinking they are bigger than the club.
Miguel Tininho? You obviously didn't see his display against Coventry Davey's done well, but he's still got A LOT to learn. I think he'll be a great manager in a few years, but he's got to change some of his ways.
very small budget??????? otherwsie, well said daztyke! he is a decent manager, but he has been gievn alot of money to spend, compared to what we at oakwell are used to. i think it would be frightening for us mrtals to see the wage bill this year, but overall, not bad job, bring on next season, full squad, full of eager, willing professional footballers....
What's the obsession with Lisbie? Not good enough, player in decline, NOT what we should be looking for if we want to push into the middle region of the league table next year.

Extremely less though than 90% of the other league teams. nt Obviously just the Chamipnship - but I bet our wage bill is one of the smallest still.
