When he took over, Our 1st year back at this level we were in the bottom 3 and looked like no hopers and the players we had werent up to it at this level. With very little funds compared with other clubs we are now in our 3rd year back in this division, We're 16th, we'd all like to be higher and playing like world beaters but come on be realistic...... Hows that not a success!!!!!!!
Was commenting to my dad at the game on Saturday when the boos came out, if we went back 15-20 years we were mid-table in the 'Championship' year-on-year and we were all happy. Yet since we went up to the Prem, which kick-started a chain of events leading to a real yo-yo ride, and now when we lose and remain 16th we are seen by many fans as not good enough. Can't we just be thankful we survive in a league where money is more-and-more prominent and yet we continue to battle on. We won't go down this year.
