Ive heard different, Ive heard off a number of people that is agent came to barnsley and said he was available for that and Ritchie would not gamble. Ive also heard that he took that long with Richards that Sheffield united 2 weeks later came in with a deal and took him away.

To be fair I've never seen Davey on big League Weekend so can't comment. I don't think he's ever managed Huddersfield though? But I agree about him never managing again.
