Quote of the day - "I always felt we were in the game untill the sending off" Jesus christ Davey it took untill the 92nd minute for us to make their keeper make a save, it's simply not good enough!
I think you are taking that the wrong way mate. I didnt think he meant it performance wise. He meant it as though "at 1-0 down, you have a chance of pulling something off no matter how ***** you are playing but at 1-0 down with 10 men and playing *****, you have no chance"
He has bloody lied through his back teeth, please tell me if you ever thought we were in that game after they scored their 1st goal?
I thought we were as well, the first Kosluk booking seemed to raise the ponty end, and the atmosphere changed which may have made him be bit reckless with the second. Honestly though, i thought we were good for a point at that moment.
Re: Who the **** signs and picks the players? And makes "tactical" changes during the game that work so well. His team, his players, nowhere to hide Mr Davey. Get ready if Tuesday is as bad.
None of the strikers at that point looked likely to break the deadlock, so the usual outlet is a winger who can chip in with a few. Admittedly the pair of them looked a bit off the pace today.
I never once thought in the entire game that we would get a goal, but at the other end of the pitch I thought they could have scored on the counter numerous times.
Maybe its the eternal optimist in me, i always think that somehow, somewhere we can get a goal. I sincerely believe that as well, home or away.
