Wasn't keen when he was appointed but got to admit I've been pleased the way he's gone about things this season - signed some good players over the summer , over hauled the squad and seems to be getting them to play a bit now. Well done (clap) (clap)

Has been doing a good job, while learning his trade, since he took over. Not the finished article by any means but I think he has put together a decent squad and they look like they are improving as a team. Still needs to add a couple of players, and a couple more to replace the loanees we lose. All in all, quietly confident. Well done SD.
Like I said last week about Simon Davey..............is this guy something special ??? He gets the managers job halfway into a season and brings in some emergency signings and we manage to stay up against all the odds In the close season he gets rid of a lot of dead wood He hasn't a great deal of money to spend so he brings in 14 players from all over the world and some cheap home grown players, all of which look to be good championship standard (probably except Ricketts) We have a slow start, which must be expected with all the new signings and then we start getting results at places like Stoke and Southapton Is SD a football genius....??????????????? I didn't want him as manager, I thought the board had gone for the cheap option. So well done to the board (hatsoff) PS. Ponty72 must have the best Avatar ever............arnt women foooking lovely !!!!!!!!!!
