Does the manager, having signed the pleyers and had the benefit of in some cases a year to get to know them and in others 7 competative games along with serveral friendlies plus numerous training sessions, know his best starting 11?

    indeed...............

Moore has been positively scarey in every game I've seen-should definitely not start in front of Foster or even Hassell at CB

unfortunately I think SD rates him

We have to switch back to a defence which works reasonably well.

I'm not blaming Moore but since he came into the team the defence has not been working as a unit.

I am-and you are correct-they are not working together-partly I guess because last year Souza's slowness was masked by Nyatanga/Foster playing alongside of him-now Souza is faster than Moore which says a lot

    Does any manager?

ask your average Manx fan their view on Sir Alex replacing Ronaldo with Darren Fletcher. On paper, we can all pick what we think would be our best 11 players in each position, but will they all perform as a unit consistently, week after week? The FIFA/EA Sports generation think football management is a doddle. If only life were as simple as swapping Mostto for Messi.

    I'd swap Mossto for KO.

Why SD doesn't give Mossto the chance to be useless like KO just isn't fair.

The problem is a lack of balance and an inability to keep the ball. I cannot point to any time last night where we had a prolonged piece of possession which is shocking. Diego should have come on at half time so we could at least try and put our foot on the ball. It was the apparent stubborness of Davey last night that was baffling. How **** do we have to play for him to make a sub? Never even moved Hume up front and it was Hume playing on the left that cost us time and time again as Whittingham attacked down their right. Even for the goal as the LW should be helping to cover the LB in that situation. He lost the plot last night and I just hope he has it back on Saturday because I absolutely hate saying it but he has to go if they play like that again and we lose. Embarrassing is an understatement

    Yes they do.

Of course Fergie knows his best 11, he just has many options and lots of games to play. Champions League Final - Ronaldo, Stoke at Home - Fletcher.

    He knows HIS best 11

but I bet there are a million Manx fans with a different 11, thats what football is all about, opinions. All that matters is winning matches, and we're not doing, so there's no argument from me, the personnel needs changing. But whatever combination Davey selects, if we lose, it'll be criticised, if we win, will he be praised? Doesnt seem that way to me.

The population of the Isle of Man is nowhere near a million.

Dunno about Davey, but I don't

We haven't got anyone who I would consider good enough to play left back. The same can be said about the left wing. With De Silva injured we haven't got a midfield pairing that I would consider good enough for the Championship. I'd have no idea who to play up front as I can't see any two of our strikers forming a decent partnership. This all stems from our appalling work in the transfer market this summer.

    SM stop making excuses.

If you went blast night it was extremely poor, by far the worst i have seen at Oakwell in 20 years, even Spackmans team was better.
Davey is finished, the players dont want hih, there is back biting in the dressing room, and players wont come to the club because Davey is known as a control merchant with a persecution complex.

    Proof of unrest

Yes i have proof of unrest in the dressing room, i am not going to name the player for obvious reasons but talking to one of his relatives " by that i mean close relative", the lad has stated that the dressing room is always quite with players not even talking to each other as they do not trust what will get back to Davey. Davey is a total control merchant with a mentallity of he is right and he is the manager.
I have3 shared this information with local press and they are all to well aware of his control nature.
Can i also add that i have known this persons relatives for the last 8 years when my lad was involved with football so i have no right to disbelieve them.
I will probably be slated or called a stirrwer for thi8s but it is FACT.
