    Reports of two different incidents of cars crashing into bus shelters.. Bad on all accounts but hoping it's not a new attack..

    French Police have stated that the incident is not terrorist related.
    They have arrested the driver who they say is known to them and
    he apparently has got mental health issues.
    Sounds as though he's hit a bus shelter earlier but no one was injured
    and has carried on driving a van and hit a second shelter killing a 40 year old female
    pedestrian.
