6 goals in nearly 100 league appearances looks pretty poor. However, he's been capped by Ireland so I'm assuming there must be more to his game than a goal return worse than many defenders.
He's an absolute unit and really quick. But not known for ruthless finishing hence the goal record. But if anyone can bring his confidence back it's Conor. Similar sort of profile to Tovide we were linked to before
Aye, one of their most recent posts is that Noel Hunt was being sacked by Reading, to be announced tomorrow. That was a fortnight ago.
Translated as......having failed to tempt McAtee, this is this seasons Rodrigues......who we've been after for years.
Assumed this might be another kid (which I don't think we need) but it actually looks like he's got a fair bit of experience. Definitely not much in the way of goals, but must have something about him.
Different profile to the strikers we have and has good championship experience for a 22 year old. He's an Irish lad so I reckon Conor knows all about him. Not too concerned about the lack of goals as I remember Carlton having a similar record before joining us. The type of player we need.
This is bona fide horse ****. City paid £3 mill for him last year. Great young player, on the fringes of the Irish squad and proven at Championship level.
Not sure we are short of goals tbh ... we have them all over the park. Not saying more goals wouldn't be handy, but maybe we might need someone who can bully defences, hold the ball up, someone with pace to stretch the opposition? I have no idea what this guy has, just saying its not like we are struggling for goals (thank God).
Sinclair & Armstrong ehh lol, it sounds like a mid 80s pre-Pc computer lol. But seriously, is this lad any good then, and is he a big no 9 striker maybe ?.
