Not got owt Has he tried deleting cookies and asking for password reminder - see sticky? if not he needs to email us from account used to register the username and we will reset the password

Cazi sent a reply this morning Unfortunately though there is no way we can verify the email came from Always Red as the account now has no associated email. This is a good time to mention that all accounts without a valid email address associated will be removed at the end of the year
