    Welcome back to the championship I suppose.

    1:30 kick off on the Sunday now.

    We play Leeds a fortnight before this scheduled date so im guessing that game isn't going to be televised this year. No doubt that kick off time will change too meaning well have no 3pm kick offs at oakwell in September.

    I hate them mate, only thing I hate more is an early kick off on a Sunday.

    Well when we are away they are awful as it means setting off a lot earlier for the game. This is also the case for our fans who live far away from Barnsley. Personally it can make things a lot harder in terms of attending at all especially away.
    I also like the to go for a few beers before the game, this is off the table for early kick offs.
    A knock on effect of this with the wider fan base is it tends to kill the atmosphere somewhat.

    just means more time in the pub afterwards or getting back to Barnsley earlier to get more time in the pub...

    Seriously don't see an issue with early kickoffs.

    It's Barnsley though it means more time in the pub miserable afterwards :D

    Agree with the above the only things worse for me is a early kick off on a sunday!

    I don’t mind early kick offs if it’s for Sky as we get TV money for them but it really annoys me when it’s on police orders & then you see Manchester, Merseyside, London derbies etc in the evening slot. It’s ridiculous

    The only exception i would make is Sheff Wed away, we should play that as early as possible and get on with our lives after the inevitable streaky home win.
