SKY HD help please...do I need to reset system?

    All ok viewing recorded programs last evening.
    Today, the Sky Planner function has stop listing all recorded shows and nothing listed for Anytime. The TV Guide is ok and are receiving all the channels as per normal.
    Tried power-off for 30mins etc. No change.
    My wife has spoken to Sky who suggested a "planner rebuild". Tried that and does not complete, so SKY say no alternative to but to reset systemand all recorded programs lost!
    Can anyone confirm or suggest alternative please before I get home from work?

    take the card out & unplug it from the mains for about 10 seconds. then plug the box back in then insert the card.:eek:

    had the same problem send sky a email and the will tell you how to put you throw what they call HOUSE KEEPING and know its not APRIL the 1st
